I recently stayed at City Square Hotel Apartments for a few nights and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to Tivoli and the metro. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, addressing any concerns I had promptly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice shower. I also appreciated the small details like fresh linens, a hair dryer, and bathroom amenities. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future.

Spacious and modern apartment with a fantastic location! Walking distance to most attractions and next door to Hotel Danmark. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a bonus room that could be used as a bedroom or entertainment room. The full kitchen was well-equipped and even had a small washer/dryer. The rooftop patio was a great addition, with our own staircase for easy access. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Quick responses from the contact number provided were very helpful.

The small and dated elevator was a downside, as it could only fit one person with luggage. Additionally, the noise level from the nightclub next door was unbearable, keeping our entire family awake until 5am.

It made navigating around the property much easier for me.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to have more knowledge and understanding of the specific needs of older guests. It would have been helpful if they could provide some recommendations or assistance in finding senior-friendly activities or attractions in the city.

Waking up to the beautiful sight of Copenhagen every morning was a true delight and made me feel like I was living in a postcard.

The TV login system felt a bit insecure and inconvenient, as I had to use my own account and often forgot to log out. But it's just a minor issue and didn't really disrupt my overall experience.

Great location, close to museums and beautiful gardens. Loved the sun terrace and the option to do laundry. Had the whole place to myself. How progressive!

Just returned from a great stay at City Square Hotel in Copenhagen. The location was perfect, within walking distance of attractions and right next door to Hotel Danmark. Our apartment on the 5th floor had its own staircase to an awesome roof patio with a stunning view. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the necessary amenities. The communication with the staff was excellent and we received quick responses to our questions. Highly recommended!

Some guests experienced noise from the busy street when the windows were open, which could be bothersome during the night.
